Can I view your meeting facilities before I book?

I’m not based in Leeds; can I view your meeting rooms online?

Yes, we have virtual tours of our meetings rooms available on our website. Click here to view [link]

Can I configure the meeting space to different styles?

Yes, on booking we will work with you to create a bespoke layout that suits your needs and discuss with you what you want to achieve from your meeting.

Is catering available?

Yes, we work closely with a local catering company who deliver the highest quality food on the day, and we offer a number of menu options to suit you and your guests needs.

Can you cater for vegetarian’s, vegan’s etc?

Yes, the sales team will ask on booking whether you or your guests have any special requirements, including dietary needs.

Is parking available onsite?

Yes, with over 500 complimentary parking spaces available for you and your guests on site.

What is included within the meeting room price?

The quote provided includes the use of the meeting space for the time specified, bespoke set up, access to state-of-the-art technology and conferencing facilities. If catering is required, the price will also include the total catering costs for the numbers specified on booking.

Are your meeting rooms accessible?

Yes, a number of our meeting rooms are on the ground floor and easily accessible. Those suited on the second floor are accessible via an elevator.

Do you have on site help to assist with the set up of a virtual meeting?

Yes, our team are experienced at managing the technology in all of our meetings rooms and are on hand to assist throughout the period of your meeting.

What happens if my meeting runs over or if I need my meeting to start earlier?

If you’re able to give us notice, accommodating an earlier start is not a problem and can be accommodated providing no other meetings are booked for the same room. If your meeting runs over this can also be accommodated providing there are no other meetings booked in the room.

Will someone greet my guests?

Yes, our friendly Front of House will be there to welcome your guests when they arrive and show them to the meeting room.

What happens if a delegate drops out?

If you can let us know before 2pm the day before your meeting, then we can cancel any catering you have ordered. If a delegate cancels on the day, unfortunately we’re unable to cancel the catering but can make any changes needed to the room etc.

Can I request extra amenities on the day?

Yes, extra amenities can be requested on the day, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

How do I pay for the meeting space?

You will be invoiced after the event. 

Can I rebook or block book meeting space?

Yes, if you would like to rebook or block book a number of meeting rooms at different times of the year, please speak to the sales team and they will be able to organise for you.
