Flexible contracts
Book your co-working space for as little or as long as you like, with no long-term commitment.
A calm, professional environment to work from, with the freedom to network when it suits you. Co-working at WorkWell gives business owners, freelancers and small teams an inspiring base for a fraction of the cost of a private office.
Co-working
Co-working, also called hot-desking, is a flexible way of working. You hire a desk within a shared, professional office rather than committing to a fixed space. Seating is unallocated, so you can work wherever suits on the day, surrounded by the wider WorkWell community or tucked away in a solo pod when you need to focus.

The things people ask most before joining our co-working community.
Co-working gives you a desk within a shared, fully serviced space on a flexible contract, rather than a private room on a fixed lease. You get professional facilities and a community without the overheads or commitment of your own office.
Yes. We offer a free taster day so you can spend time in the space and see whether it suits the way you and your team work before signing up.
Very. You can book for as little or as long as you like, and our membership tiers run from a couple of days a week up to full-time access, so you only pay for what you use.
Access to allocated desk zones, sound-proof booths and Zoom pods, fast Wi-Fi, a communal kitchen with tea and coffee, parking and bike storage, and over 100 acres of green space across Carrwood Park and Brookfield Court.
